Field Trip Modern Tiny House by Brandi

Field Trip Tiny House is situated on a large private backyard. You would get to experience tiny living without giving up all the comforts of home featuring two charming bedrooms, one full bath, one kitchen, and with all the amenities provided. This space is also super close to the hottest restaurants, shops and activities including Ponce City Market, Krog Street Market and of course the Beltline. Easy access to the airport and major roadways and walking distance to public transportation (MARTA).

There are two queen sized beds available in this space that can accommodate up to 4 people. One in the enclosed bedroom on the first floor, and another in the bedroom loft upstairs. The plush beds and beddings are extremely comfy and spacious, and the linens are soft, clearly high quality, and smell fresh but not perfumed, so it is safe for you who have sensitive skin.

The enclosed bedroom downstairs is very cozy with a tray of delicious snacks provided on the bed to welcome the guests. The lightings are good thanks to the big window and the sconce light on the wall. The sliding doors add privacy from the rest of the home if needed, however it does get a bit hot if closed.

The bedroom loft is not less cozy. The ladders to reach the loft are made of wood and are sturdy. Stools are put at the end of the bed making it look like it popped out of the house magazine. The bed is surrounded by two picture glass windows on the right and left side, allowing you to wake up to the amazing view outside. This loft is also equipped with plenty of storage as there are two credenzas available on both sides of the walls.

Need shampoo? Laundry detergent? Disinfectant wipes? Hairdryer? Do not worry, they are all in the home. From plant based shampoo, handsoap, sanitizer, conditioner, speciality body wash and lotion, big soft plush towels and hooded kiddy towels, to a large bathtub, everything is perfect and unexpected at the same time in a tiny home. Not to mention that the bathroom is bigger and the water pressure is excellent. The washer dryer though understandably small, works great and is quiet.

This beautiful designer tiny house combines farmhouse charm and modern style. Bright, airy and wrapped in shiplap. The tiny house comes fully stocked with everything you need. Once you step in, you will be welcomed with a complimentary bottle of beverage, a spotless house, and beautiful smelling aroma. The house is spacious enough for two adults to conduct business without interrupting each other. It is obvious that a lot of thought was put into this space, which reflects in the decor and amenities provided. High speed internet, Netflix, Smart TVs, and iron are well available.

There are even board games and cards if you want to have a family game night. Books are also there if you just want to relax outside and read. If you are not familiar with the area or even Atlanta, the host even provides a helpful booklet with instructions for everything within the house as well as places that are close by that are worth checking out.

You will see a page titled “Field Trip for coffee” then an extensive list of really cool local coffee places with their distances from the tiny house noted. In this manner, guests can expect a consistent theme of a “Field Trip” to restaurants or any other businesses the proprietors recommend. There is plenty of storage, phone charger, band aids, ear plugs, a tray of snacks and some refreshment like sparkler, soda, or even wine in the fridge. A very comfortable section is also provided as reading or watching nook, and there is a small table for two.

A full kitchen is stocked with a farm sink, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, Keurig, all essentials, spices, chocolate and chips, beverages, even ingredients for s’mores.

The outdoor is equipped with a solo fire pit, large farm table, ping pong, and also hammock. The host provides plenty of firewood as well as fire starter. There is a private entrance and parking for 2 cars at the end of the driveway. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and walkable. Kroger and Target are within minutes if you need to get groceries and whatnot.

Ponce City Market is nearby, Little Five Points is also only a few miles away. If you are a fan of hiking, you might want to check Arabia Mountain and Eastside Trail to Beltline. The house is close to MARTA Station, so do yourself a favor and visit the Candler Park Market and get the Claire for breakfast and then go explore the Oakland Cemetery.
