Bedroom

Breathe provides a loft bedroom with comfortable queen size bed, luxury hotel bedding and linens, extra blankets, and ample windows for cool, evening breezes and amazing view in the canyon. The steps to reach the loft are sturdy and firm with no railings. The ceiling is pretty low, so it would be impossible to stand up, but with the help from the lights, window, and also the skylight, the loft feels quite spacious and cozy. There is also a pull out sofa bed in the living room to sleep up to 3rd and 4th person.

Bathroom

The spa-inspired bathroom is modern with all its high-end finishes. The very nice stand up shower, soft towels, and the toiletries provided offer the comfort and luxury kind of hotel. There is even a washer/dryer available.

Livingspace

This Dwell Magazine inspired tiny house is immaculate, cozy, clean, tidy, and efficient with lots of thoughtful touches. The contemporary design makes it stand out among other Sedona accommodations.The modern interior feels luxurious for a tiny house. Despite its size, this house is spacious, airy, and has generous storage space.

With a stunning south-facing view of Sedona’s Red Rock silhouette and large windows facing Mount Wilson, you just need to open all the blinds and enjoy the scenery, privacy and calming sounds from the creek. Mini-Split Heater and a plug-in electric heater will warm you even in cold months of the year. There is also a flat screen TV and classic DVDs to accompany your stay inside.

The fully operable custom kitchen is modern and has high-end finishes as well. It is equipped with new appliances and countertops. Full fridge, stove, microwave, dishes and silverware, coffee maker with locally roasted coffee and tea, and a wide variety of spices allow you to cook your own meals during the staycation.

Exterior

Outdoor living includes a large private deck with seating and yoga area, propane grills for outdoor cooking, and hot tub for a perfect evening relaxation. You would not want to go inside once you are up on the deck with a warm cup of tea, the fire pit blazing and marshmallows roasting all while stargazing with dark mountain silhouettes in the background, cool breeze, and the sound of the rushing water of Oak Creek Canyon.

The location of Breathe is just perfect. It is secluded yet close to town, hiking trails, and the creek. Close enough to Sedona for an easy drive yet just far enough outside to enjoy the sites and dark skies. 5 minutes from Uptown Drive, 10 minutes from West Fork Trail, 3 miles from Slide Rock, and a 5 minute walk to a famous Indian Gardens that provides delicious treats for breakfast and lunch which is just right across the street. There are also plenty of restaurants and markets nearby.
