Denver, Colorado, United States

Overview

This tiny home was super! If you ever wonder how it would be to live in a container home, this home will win you over. This Tiny Slice of Heaven lives up to its name and could be your own slice of heaven. Enjoy this beautifully decorated studio container tiny home with french doors that open up to your own private yard, a spacious bathroom & queen size bed. A fully equipped kitchen and all the little touches to make your stay in Denver extra special.

Bedroom

The bedroom shares the same room as the living space and is only separated by a partition which functions as a closet space or wardrobe to hang your clothes. There is a comfortable queen size bed with extra blankets.

The mattress is really comfy and soft and the top cover is wrinkle free and looks as though it has just been dry-cleaned. The 32″ Smart TV is available and is able to be rotated to face the bedroom or the lounge room. There is no Cable TV in the tiny home but the TV is set up with Netflix so guests can choose to watch anything they want on there.

Bathroom

You will be amazed at the size of the bathroom. It is bigger than you expect and is very spacious. A full shower is equipped with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer, Q-tips, and much more. Fresh clean fluffy towels are provided and could be wall art as they are really pretty. Guests will be able to use the dressing gowns and slippers provided.

The shower head is fantastic, lots of hot water so it would be nice to take a bath after a very long day of travel. Just one note: if you are taking a shower, and you close the bathroom barn door, it reveals the glass wall of the shower to the rest of the tiny home. So make sure you are staying with someone you are comfortable with.

Livingspace

This stylishly designed and decorated shipping container has all the moods and comforts of any family home just on a much smaller scale. Very inviting, well laid, modern, sparkling clean, extremely comfortable, functional, eco-friendly, and the amenities are endless. Lights from all the windows make the house more spacious than it seems. The furniture and appliances are well chosen and fit the small space well.

Relax on the comfortable couch in the lounge with the french doors opening up onto your own private patio that also has its own 3 burner BBQ. The home has both air conditioning and heating which is stored in the couch and warms the whole place up in minutes.

Nice decorations give it a homey feel and it has everything that you would need down to the little details like some board games, a personalized binder with instructions and recommendations of local things to do, and a small glass candy dish.

The kitchen has a full fridge, kettle, toaster, microwave convection oven, pots and pans, full induction cooker, and Keurig coffee machine. Coffee and drinks are provided on the counter which also can be a place to store your luggage under.

Exterior

This 264 square house is located in the host’s family yard but the guests have their own private access and fully private yard. The outdoor living space helps make this place feel larger. Cook up a storm on the BBQ grill in the gorgeous courtyard under fairy lights that magically turn on at night.

The patio is the perfect spot for your morning coffee and after-dinner drinks. This place is great, allows plenty of privacy, and so close to downtown Denver and 20 minutes from Red Rocks. The neighborhood is safe, clean, and quiet and has walkability to some nice restaurants, cafes, and coffee shops, such as Allegro Coffee Roasters.

There are two amazing restaurants less than two blocks away and dozens of retail shops and places to eat on Tennyson which is just a 7 block walk. Great parks are also within walking or running distance.
